My Little Artist

subtitled I guess those "I Can Draw" books really DO make a difference...

She titled it "A Cat." For obvious reasons.
Because she is creative like that.

(And yes, y'all, I am so proud of her. She's been working
really hard on developing her visualization skills. Something
that's kinda hard for a child with sensory issues.)

That is a very good drawing of a cat! I think cat is the best name possible; yes, I do.

I love the I Can Draw books. The kids end up feeling successful fairly fast. And that is an amazing cat. It looks like it just fluffed out its fur after seeing something that irritated it.

Holy cow! That is fabulicious! I had those books as a kid too. They're great. You might have to set up an art store on Ebay if she keeps this up.

P.S. Of course, the I Can Draw type books they had when I was a kid were written in ancient text and on stone tablets.

I love it when my kids get those books and really try to draw - none of us but the hubs are talented in that department! And it shows....

I didn't even need the title - I knew exactly what it was - but like a lot of our sketch artist witness drawing - it looks like all of them to me! ;)
