what the Tongginator wore to church on Sunday

Enough. Said.

(And for all y'all who don't know the story behind The Butterfly, just check out this post. Or maybe this one. Possibly this one as well.)

Oh. My. Lands.

(Yes, I totally just went there. ;-) Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery, am I right?)

Lookin' good, girl!

Absolutely stunning! The girl has style. And this way all the people at church know the REAL Tongginator.

I think she looks mah-velous. She's just missing a little bling.

Priceless!

You're right. She's a lot like Sassy!! And she is, therefore, a child after my own heart!

BTW, your comment on my blog made me so sad. I've been thinking about it all night. I know I need to let it go, but it's heartbreaking.

Oh come on!!!! That can't be your "pint-sized" T? You got a 15 year old to pretend. (How did she grow up so fast???)

I know a little somone who would gladly take that skirt off your hands. Of course, she'd probably have to rip it out of T's hands first. lol

Oh, it WORKS!! Where does the Butterfly get her savvy fashion sense?

I love her personality!!

Thanks so much for your sweet comment!! In reality, well, hindsight! Britton has been very easy but there were a few struggles (mostly due to hormones!!)that only daughters seem to generate. That is why they say boys are easier, i know I worried less with barrington, even though he is so stubborn, lol.

She and my DD Luci have the same style. Which is totally unique! Love it.

She's rockin' that look!

Out of the way...I'm fluttering here!

Clearly I am the mother of a 6 year old girl in that I don't find anything odd about your daughter's fluttering about... it seems quite reasonable.

What? No flip-flops? Why my girls' Sunday best wouldn't be without flip-flops. I think she has it all together. I will start photodocumenting my girls' Sunday outfits so you will feel a lot better about Miss T's!

Thank-you Jesus for boys. Boys that wear jeans and t-shirts.
Without underwear. With holes in them. Backwards.
Actually Jesus, I would like a butterfly.

I am so relieved that she's shattered that silly rule about no white after Labor Day. Those shoes aren't going to fit next year, I say wear 'em out! I'm so impressed by her practicality. At our house, we're having arguments about still wanting to wear shorts and t shirts despite the chilly mornings.

Budding fashionista there!

love it!

That's pretty funny! I was wondering who made her shirt...

I love it. Amelia has 3 skirts just like that that she refuses to wear because THEY'RE ITCHY! ARGH! I didn't buy any of them by the way, this momma knows her too well:)

Rock on lil' Tongginator!!! Love that girls style and sass :) Love the skirt. Paige has the same one. What size is Tonginnator wearing?

Classy girl - favors her momma! Brianna's given 'family' name was Choi - which translates into 'butterfly'....it was a shame that it was culturally improper to use that as her middle name - we'd have loved to do that but opted to go with the cultural norms!

hugs - aus and co.

I've said it before but that one is going to keep you on your toes:)

You'll see, TM....one day when she's a big fashion designer and all the stars are wearing her ensembles....you'll be eating those words.

Little T...Rock ON!

White shoes? After Labor Day?

She DOES march to her own drumbeat.

She is all sass!!!! Love this girl!!!! And her Momma who gives her the freedom to dress herself:)

My husband often says, "Are you going to let her leave the house like that?" And my answer is always, "Well, of course....she is expressing herself!!!" xxxooo

So much personality in a little package. I love how you find ways to share it without compromising her privacy a bit.
