Yoozing... What?

Those of you who homeschool will feel really, really good about your decision right about now. Because look what the Tongginator arrived home with today...

Her teacher Ms. Confetti sent a quickly jotted note home with said paper, assuring me that the Tongginator created this masterpiece all on her own, during free play. And no, the Tongginator had no plans at all beyond "yoozing" ... something. What, she did not know. And then - completely ignoring the horrified look on her momma's face - the Tongginator turned the screws tighter by saying, "remind me again... what's jail?"

After nearly having a heart attack, I told her it was like adult time out. I mean, really, what else could I say?

My only thought is that - if she's already plotting her escape from jail as a five-year-old - the husband and I had better start saving our money now. We're gonna need a small fortune for an excellent defense attorney. And the million dollar question roiling through my brain at the moment?

What crime do y'all think she's most likely to commit?

I love deciphering what my kids write. This is just the beginning. It's going to get better. Just wait!

Not to mention you will become an expert at deciphering! You will amaze and surprise yourself at what you can read : )

I don't know - with they way this child is wrapping adults around her fingers - I'm thinking there must be something in the RICO sections that have to apply - Extorting parents / siblings for extra affection? There has to be something in there.....

hugs - hope you are ready for this one! (But I'll help you go the bail)

I'm going to have to say she'll be arrested for shoving little kids off the swings at the local park when she's 30 because she needed to get her swing time in before work! Naturally, once the case comes to trial they'll find her innocent due to reason of insanity when she shows up in her mis-buttoned clothes, climbs over the desk, hangs upside down and sniffs the judge's socks!

Love that Tongginator! She keeps life interesting!

Thanks for the great morning chuckle!!

The comments are great, too!!

What ever crime it is they will never get a mug shot of the Tongginator!

I think she'll get away with it- she is much too clever!

OK, well it will definitely be some sort of mastermind scheme. No petty crimes like breaking and entering for your brilliant little girl. No, I foresee something like hacking into the world's computer system or somehow taking over the world.

LOL! That is too funny! At least your kid doesn't spell "true" like this:

"CHROO"

Tee hee. Homeshcooling or not, they all do their best to give us wrinkles.

I can't even come up with a good idea of what the crime may be, but it sounds like the reasoning may be "just to see what jail was like."
She's a funny one!

extortion. "Mommy be nice or I'll do something really bad at school. . ." LOVE it. I have several posts of my son's schoolwork. I eventually quit, bc I figured I would a) give him a bigger need for therapy one day, b) people were going to quit believing the stuff was for real, or c) people would think my son was, um, well, not smart. . . Keem em coming!

I don't think she'll ever go to jail, whatever crime she might commit, she'll talk her way out of punishment!!

The crime will be theft! And she will be found guilty and the punishment will life!

I hear you saying what did she do that caused this?

She stole your Hearts and life is forever in your family!
So not so bad really!

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and have fun trick-or-treating!

I don't think she will go to jail at all. I think she will end up on the right side of the law. I think she might be lawyer material. She always has an argument for everything, right? ;)
